2nd Row (L-R: Prisoner of War Medal, Pearl Harbor Medal,  Lt. Col. insignias, Air Force Master Pilot badge, ribbons for the medals

3rd Row (L-R): eating utensils carved and used in POW camp, dress Lt. Col. bars, Strategic Air Command Missileman badge, dog tags.

Small Medals for dress uniforms are same as above except Air Force Commendation Medal is to the left of the Purple Heart.

Bottom row are music and athletic acheivement medals.
